Lyna M. Perez has lived a relatively nomadic life but has spent most of her time in Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio, her post-baccalaureate certification in Writing from UC Berkeley Extension school, and her graduate degree in English from Tiffin University.

Aside from her voracious appetite for stories dealing with the supernatural, she loves to write fantasy, mystery, horror, and short stories. Other hobbies include playing the electric bass, swimming, and board gaming.
